On 06/15/19 I broke my tooth on Wendy's food and they refused to pay to fix my tooth. On 6/15/19 at 7:55pm My spouse and I purchased food from Wendy's on ************************ store number ******** through the drive thru on our way back home to ****************. I began to eat my food while sitting in the passenger seat when suddenly when I bit into a French fry my tooth broke right off leaving me in instant pain as well as missing a tooth. There was something hard on the fry such as a rock or hard salt. I contacted the store and put in a insurance claim with Wendy's insurance. After waiting 2 months for them to " investigate" they tell me they are denying the claim saying there was no foreign object in the food which is a complete lie. …Read More

I am writing about the location at 1104 E. Fillmore St. I was there on Sat. Sept. 12,2020 with 5 other men at approx. 12:20 p.m. for lunch. We noticed that the men's restroom was closed and we had to use the ladies restroom. This was the situation during a visit, by some of us, approx. 4 weeks ago. When my friend, Larry, asked to talk with the Manager about this, the Manager (Josh) told us that the sink was torn off the wall. We asked why it was not replaced or repaired, since it was that way 4 weeks ago? He did not give us an answer and just walked away while we were talking to him. Besides his bad attitude, one of the cooks, by the counter, was making rude remarks to my friend Larry. He would not give us his name. When we asked Josh for a Owner or Franchisee's name, he just told us to contact the regional office. I sometimes visit Wendy's, on occasion, but I will no longer be visiting this location in the future. Very rude and they did not care about addressing our concerns.
